If you enjoy having a a beverage occasionally, leave your money out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your evening bag, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Grab whatever cash you intend to spend on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to squander and leave the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Not at all. Just realistic. You could experience a success after a intoxicated evening out with your friends and be blessed enough to hook a 25 minute roll at a hot craps game. Keep that account seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and wager. The two simply do not mix.

Keeping your money out of the casino might be a tiny bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for dramatic actions is essential. If you wager to win, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to blow your money nary a worry, then drink all the no charge booze your stomach can handle, but do not carry charge cards and checks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your drunken brain loses all the cash!

Let me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then go online to bet in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my house, however seeing that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can not drink and gamble.

Why? Although I do not consume alcohol a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s clearly enough to cloud my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
